There were lots of cobwebs in the room. All the rooms were smoking rooms, even though the app had a non-smoking option. Mosquitoes were plentiful, the toilets were crusty, and the showers were rusty and had terrible water spray. The sheets were thin and rough. The rooms weren't soundproof; walking upstairs was very audible all night. There was no toilet paper or tablecloths. The staff was unhelpful. The on-site price was much cheaper.

It's really far from a hotel. I took the deluxe room, but there was no hot water, and only active TV channels. I can't use PayLater.

Touring to Bali Lombok, all the hotels are full, Idah, I stayed here because it was already 23:00, during the holiday season. It was a bit spooky, we were not alone so it was safe, the important thing was that there was AC so I could sleep soundly.

The cleanliness of the room is lacking and the bed sheets are not suitable for use in a hotel class. Please pay attention.

I spent 2 nights in this budget hotel in Superior room, 2nd floor. But tho it is budget hotel. The management have to give much attention if they want survive. Cleanliness: only certain areas are clean. All corners, ceilings (room & bathroom) are dirty. Everytime I took shower or using hand washing facility (with running water), very bad & disgusting smell come out (I didn't know from where). But this bad smell is my TOP concern. Bottom part of the electric kettle, there is crust (seems someone try to cook something else, not only water). I asked to change it, they said they doesn't have extra. So me & my mother have to ask hot water from the staff, they make it from their kitchen then give me full hot water in the mug. There is NO hairdryer in the room/the common hairdryer (such you ask/borrow from the receptionist/room cleaning). AC room is working properly. Room is big enough. Staff are friendly but just that. Hope they will do something for the minus. Good luck.

Kebersihan hotel masih kurang terutama di daerah kamar mandi. Kondisi kasur sudah harus diganti karena sangat keras dan per nya sudah terasa ke badan. Sehingga selesai tidur malah badan sakit semua.

I stayed at the Ngawi Indah Hotel while out of town on business, the location is easy to access and quiet. Car parking is also available in front of each room.

Friendly service, okay pecel rice package breakfast. It's time to replace the spring bed. Employee motorbike parking in front of guest rooms disturbs privacy.

The place is cozy though small and simple. Breakfast is simple and delicious. I will come back to stay again if I have to go to Ngawi again.

If I go to Ngawi again, I give up staying at this hotel. By choosing the most expensive room, I thought I got ok service, it turns out that the sound of water pioa on VIP 201 is very disturbing. Sahur is served 30 minutes before Imsyak. The toilet is rarely cleaned.

The hotel is okay, according to the price.

Not bad by Dingawi hotel standards, cold air conditioning in the bathroom, but the water from the shower is very small, and there is a lot of dust when checking in. But from other hotels, this hotel is still very good.
