The room was clean, with a view of the train tracks. Free swimming in the waterpark, which is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The waterpark is okay, but the water isn't very clean. The pool's cleanliness needs to be improved, as there are lots of leaves and debris in the water.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Yesterday, I got a room near the train tracks, but it was fine; the train noise wasn't too disturbing. In fact, it was fun to watch the trains go by. The waterpark is large, but the Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future. Thanks.

The kids loved the swimming pool. The cleanliness of the pool, along with the public facilities, could probably be improved. It's close to the CCM Mall, and the rooms are nice, but the AC isn't very cool.

Every night, it's noisy, with karaoke going on until past 10 p.m., the sound so loud it can be heard all the way into the bedroom. It's hard to rest and sleep.

The staff was a bit stiff and seemed afraid guests wouldn't be able to pay. There were ants in the room. The room looked neglected (there were water stains on the ceiling, as if from a leak, and much of the wood looked rotten). Cleaning service knocked on the room in the morning to ask if it needed cleaning (was it necessary?). The room wasn't soundproof.
