The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a bit lacking, as it wouldn't connect. Overall, everything was good. It's also not far from the East and West Coasts, so it's centrally located. It's just right. If I go to Pangandaran again, I'll definitely stay here again.

Lots of bed bugs/mites. Lots of bumps when I wake up. The mattress needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

I booked a family room, but the facilities were mediocre for that price. I only stayed here once; I don't recommend a family room. The bathroom is terrible for a family room. There's no key, just a slot, the door bottom is broken, the room is not very clean and dusty. It feels like staying in a guesthouse, not a hotel. If I'd known that, I would have canceled, as booking through an app is non-refundable.

Yesterday I stayed in room 102, but I don't think the AC was working properly, so it was still really hot when I slept.

I've stayed here several times, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean too 🤩. I always stay here when I go to Pangandaran.

There was a builder who was working directly facing the bathroom, the glass was ordinary glass, I couldn't take a shower because I was constantly being looked at, I had contacted customer service, but the builder kept working and occasionally looked into the bathroom, so I went up and covered the glass with my own cloth :)

The room is according to the picture, only the toilet is lacking a closet. When you enter the AC it is hot, you have to wait a long time for it to cool down before you feel the AC is cold at night. There are so many red ants next to the bed and on the table because of the sugar that was given, the sheets are also a bit dirty, luckily I brought Balinese cloth, next time I will check the condition of the room again, for the price of 420k it is not worth it
