This De Best Hotel at Penuin area is value for money. Friendly staff and so many eateries at walking distance and quite near to many shopping centers like because, The Grand Mall, and small shop houses shopping, Spas and medicure and pedicure, A2 food court and many more.

Disappointed staying during the month of Ramadan because there was no sahur to replace breakfast, even though I deliberately took a room + breakfast so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel again early in the morning.

Pertama kali menginap di sini, baru masuk sudah terasa kenyamanannya. Kamar mandi dalam dengan air panas dan dingin, AC yang berfungsi baik dan Wi-Fi kencang laju. Ada lift juga jadi gak lelah kalau kamar berada di tingkat paling atas, hotel memiliki lima lantai. Staff juga ramah dan proses check in gak ribet.

Selalu dan pasti nginap di sini kalau ke Batam karena terasa seperti di rumah sendiri nyamannya. 👍

Close to shopping centers such as BCS, Grand Mall, Indomaret. And at night there are lots of street food. Strategic location, facilities function properly, friendly service, breakfast is also delicious. Unfortunately, the kettle for cooking water is rather dirty.

I love to stay this hotel becoz very convenient food and shopping. Also breakfast is simple and nice 👍. Regards.
