I always come here when I visit Pangandaran. The hotel offers a beautiful, cool, and family-friendly environment. It's economical yet maintains quality. The kids love the pool.

It's really suitable for families. Bring your parents and kids, everyone can have a great time. The staff are very friendly.

I'm usually very impressed with the service and ambiance of hotels, but this time the cleanliness, room amenities, and the number of mosquitoes made the experience less than usual.

This type of villa is quite comfortable, with a sizable private pool. The villa has two floors, each with a fairly spacious bedroom. However, the ambiance is somewhat dated, with some areas lacking maintenance or worn out, which detracts from the comfort.

Very strategic location, plenty of activities nearby.

Location: Strategic, in the center of the crowd. Facilities Services: The building is still an old building, the furniture has not been repaired or repainted. Room comfort: The room size is adequate for 4 people, the door to the room facing the beach view is difficult to open/close. Limited vehicle parking space, the door lock is still manual. Cleanliness: Rooms are not cleaned/beds are not made every day (including changing towels & trash cans in the room), unless requested to the receptionist. Breakfast: Standard, less varied.

The security and staff are friendly. The rooms need some maintenance. There are a lot of mosquitoes day and night. The AC only feels cool at night. Breakfast is quite good... the chicken porridge is delicious. The location is close to the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here, especially with easy access to both the East and West beaches. Food is also easy to find, just walking distance. The staff is friendly. The only issue was the TV; it was difficult to get any channels. But that wasn't a problem, since the room was really just for resting; the rest of the time we spent walking around and at the beach. However, if I may offer some feedback, and hopefully it will be addressed, the pillows are no longer comfortable. They could be upgraded or replaced. Yesterday, we got a room directly facing the beach, so the kids were very happy. Thank you :)

Dirty rooms, poorly maintained furniture, and a mediocre breakfast. For that price, the facilities should be better.

This is my second time here, and it's truly a pleasure to stay here. The location is literally steps from the beach, the views are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I ever come back to Pangandaran.

Got a clean & quite spacious room with a balcony overlooking the garden.. but the swimming pool water was a bit cloudy & the breakfast was just so-so..

Best recommendation for those looking for a relaxing stay in Pangandaran. Close to the sunrise point and souvenir shops. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Thank you, Sunrise Beach 😊

The best, I've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly. Arrived at Pangandaran at 10 am, looking for a full parking lot. I took the initiative to come to the hotel and park first because check-in time was still a long way off, thank God I was allowed. Then at 1 pm I asked the FO if anyone could enter one of the rooms (I booked several rooms) because my parents wanted to rest. At first they said no one, okay, it was okay because it wasn't check-in time yet, but just as I was about to leave the FO, the FO called me again and said the room was open, thank God. Thank you so much to all the staff. From the beginning, everyone was very nice when we arrived and left. I only have one suggestion 😁, please pay more attention to the room because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes 😁👍

Bland food, comfortable place, adequate facilities, old building, but still okay.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. I was greeted with a room that was freshly mopped, still wet and about to dry, so it felt a bit sticky and a bit dusty (not a dirty connotation) because it seemed like the sweeping wasn't very clean. Secondly, the sheets on both beds plus the pillows also smelled wet but not yet completely dry, you know that. Thirdly, the toilet in the bathroom couldn't be flushed properly 😬. Those three conditions were immediately followed up but the second condition still smelled unpleasant until we checked out. Another complaint or note was during breakfast, for some reason the long queue system at one long table (I've included a photo) was still maintained by this hotel. This created a queue and was inefficient and ineffective because all hotel guests would gather in one area/place. It would be better if there were other places, for example, to get fruit, other food starters so that people could concentrate. There were 2 more, but that's it. So overall the experience while at this hotel was ordinary and I don't think there is a possibility of coming back again, without intending to reject His destiny.

Clean, comfortable, with a strong Balinese feel.

The room was still dirty, with lots of dust and lizard droppings, and the towels were hard. When the room was requested to be cleaned, not everything was done. Towels were not replaced, and drinking water was not refilled; it had to be requested.

Good place to stay in Pangandaran.
