Room type on the 1st floor, not according to request... placed in the kitchen & employee rest area. For breakfast, it's not good, just fried rice & fried noodles & kerupok... Expectations are more on the 3-star hotel's image.

The room was dirty, and the bedsheets were clearly not changed. The blanket was rough. This time, we were on the first floor, and the AC was quite cold. There was no kettle, so if you ask for it from room service, they'll give you a thermos.

We had a truly memorable stay at Bintan Beach Resort! Our Superior Room on the second floor was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. It's strategically located with easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. We'd definitely come back!
