The staff is nice and quick to respond, the location is close to Lam Wah Hospital, you can walk there & if you use Grab it costs around RM8, there is a dispenser & public iron, all the facilities are useful, the hotel environment is also clean, it's just a bit confusing that there is no daily room cleaning or is that really the case. Finding halal food is difficult for me. I can't find it anywhere, so I order online and it's also a bit far, the cost can be close to the price of the food or maybe I just lack information. Overall it's good, it's just a hassle to find food

Every time I go to Lam Wah Ee Hospital for treatment, I always stay here. It's close to the market, so I can shop for fruits and vegetables. It's also close to the food court, which offers a wide selection, especially if you like Chinese food—it's delicious.

I think this is the only one hotel nearest to Lam Wah Ee Hospital, many food around this hotel and no worry for laundry or mini market, also have market for vegetable, fish, meet around hotel, if want go to city, can call e-hailing or by bus. The hotel's location is strategic, the rooms are affordable and comfortable, and everything needs to be cleaned and replaced, even down to the amenities. The photos I uploaded are of the hotel's surroundings, so I never get bored staying here. Awesome.
