This is actually my second time staying here. Since everything was okay, I'm coming back to stay here again. However, yesterday the hotel was under renovation from 9am-6pm, so you'll hear the noise of heavy equipment which is quite disturbing if you want to take a nap or take a short break. Yesterday after checking in, when I got on the elevator, the elevator suddenly went out (probably because the electricity was weak because heavy equipment was being used for hotel renovations) we were stuck for about 10 minutes without any staff coming to us, we tried to call for help by pressing the emergency button in the elevator, and there was no cell phone signal in the elevator, until finally the elevator came back on and there was no apology from the hotel and it was as if nothing had happened, this was quite a bad experience in my opinion. Otherwise, it's okay for a hotel in Singapore that costs around 1 million rupiah.

Near Mustafa Center, plenty halal restaurant around hotel

Couldn't sleep, lots of cockroaches. We immediately moved hotels the next morning and wasted money on this hotel we had booked. It's really bad, how can the rating still be this bad? I really don't recommend it, lots of cockroaches everywhere.

The check-in and check-out process was okay, great.

Because during the renovation, there were a lot of cockroaches. However, I changed to another room, and the cockroaches were still there. It was dusty.

The rooms are super clean, the staff is so friendly. I've been here twice, the first time was during the Taylor Swift concert, the second time was during the Blackpink concert. It's really good, close to Farrer Park MRT, you can walk through the mall if you don't want to get too hot. There are 2 staff, a man and a woman, but on different shifts, but both are VERY NICE. If you need to hurry, you can negotiate a 1 pm check-in. The room is very clean, there is free hot water for coffee, close to food places if you get hungry at night, you can eat near the hotel.

This hotel is always my best choice when visiting spore. However, this time was little incovenient due to some renovations. Be sure, to be back when the renovation is finished

Blanket needs to be changed to the standard hotel type with white cloth. The blanket looked old and even had hair when we went in. Hard to maintain these sort of blankets.

The hotel should provide amenities. There are too many announcement papers on the walls

Clean room. On the 3rd floor but with lift, easy check in. Very strategic location near mrt farrer park. Near tai hoe bus station. Right in front of city mall. Easy to find food. Recommended hotel.

The check-in process is fast, I don't need a deposit. In the description, it says that a deposit of $70 SGD is required. The room is a bit narrow, but I can still fit 1 large suitcase and 3 small suitcases. I can still open the large suitcase in the room even though it's a bit small. There is a bathroom. the bidet only has a water heater that doesn't turn on, so at night when I go back to the hotel, I want to take a hot shower, but it doesn't turn on, so I take a cold shower, and then the room has a small cockroach child 😭 there were 4 cockroaches, I swear, because they didn't give me a do not disturb door hanger so every day the room must have a cleaning service

We arrived before check-in time, but the hotel staff allowed us to enter the room because there was already a room ready. It was very profitable.

This is my second time stay at Tai Hoe (first is 2018 and very good impression at that time). Location is strategic, near Mustafa, City Square Mall, Ferrer Park MRT. Now in 2024 no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. The worst part is lots of little cockroaches in bedroom & bathroon at 2nd & 3rd floor (booked 3 triple room & 1 double room for family member) despite being sprayed with insect repellant every day. Hope for hotel management can provide toothbrush & toothpaste again and most important is improves the cleanliness and solve the cockroaches problem.

Its OK for stay on vacation, near Mustafa and City Square and Farrer Park MRT station.

It's the most affordable hotel I found during Taylor Swift Eras Tour, and it's not disappointing at all. We should pay a deposit, but on the day, they're not charging us anything. Thank you so much, I may be back for my next trip in Singapore ❤️.

The hotel is nice and clean, cozy, and really close to the MRT and bus stops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they've even got hand bidet facilities, which is great.

Tempat strategis, banyak makanan, dekat City Mall yang langsung nyambung MRT jadi ke mana-mana cukup dekat. Hanya kamar kami kebetulan kamar mandinya banyak binatang kecil-kecil. It's ok sih.
