All was good, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, everything was top notch. Room space was enough for me to put all my belongings. Overall, it was fine and I will be back again in the future. Thank you

We were all quite comfortable with the place, all were clean and satisfying. Good services from the front desk when we check-in almost midnight because airlines delay. Overall, we will come back again for the next business trip.

If you're looking for quality time and slow living, this is the place to be. It's close to Sanur and offers a hotel with a distinctly Balinese vibe.

The room is ok, spacious and the AC is very cold. The bed is big. 😁 No soap or toothbrush provided, so you have to bring your own. 😁

I checked into apartment 231 for 2 nights. A mouse entered even though the door was closed because it was using AC. The TV was off. Only the kitchen door seemed to have a gap so that mice could enter, no toothbrush, mineral water, coffee or tea were provided like in other places, dirty towels, very unpleasant service, the receptionist was very rude, except for the man who helped fix the gas, the receptionist was not very friendly, I ordered a gallon of water and she said it would be delivered to the room and I waited until 1 am but she didn't come so I went out to look for it. At least there was a confirmation that the water was not available so that we wouldn't have to wait. Then because our plane left at 19.30 we tried to take another room which was honeymoon sweet, still didn't get a toothbrush or mineral water, the TV didn't turn on, we didn't want to complain because we were lazy with the rude receptionist.

The place is nice, although the room was a little less than expected.

The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. I was allowed to check out until 2 o'clock because there was still unfinished work. The place is beautiful and easy to reach by taxi. Close to restaurants. Will definitely come back to stay here again.😍 Thank you.

I really like the calm ambience here and the staff is very nice and kind, the room is pleasant too. Highly recommended for everyone who is looking for an escape for such busy city routine

Actually I haven't been here yet because of Covid in December I submitted a reschedule in April and the hotel agreed. Thank you very much for helping me? If I come here, I will revise it.

The staff are friendly, the location is close to Sanur beach, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, only there is no mineral water compliment in the room, but no problem, our family really enjoyed, next definitely come back again.

I love The Jannan Villa. The atmosphere is very calm, clean, the officers are friendly, and many trees become cooler and shady. The swimming pool is great, will be back here again sooner.

The villa is clean, the employees also have affordable prices.

The place is artistic, very clean and comfortable, the swimming pool is nice and clear. Breakfast is delicious, provided bicycles to go to places around the hotel. Want to stay here again if you go to Bali.

With cheap price, I already got a big room, directly in front of the swimming pool and the pool is clean.
