1. The decoration in the elevator is only covered with stickers with imprecise cutting & looks haphazard. 2. The floor level in the corridor is uneven between the room and the hallway, but it is covered with carpet. 3. The interior of the bedroom is "old", the fragile window frame can be easily shaken by hand, scary because there is no balcony, do not get close to / lean on the frame, afraid it will fall down. 4. Breakfast is quite complete but the taste is not good, the toaster cannot function optimally (replace it... it's just a toaster). 5. The interior of the dining room is not attractive, cleaning is lacking because there is still visible dust and dirt under the tables where food is placed. It seems that cleaning was missed, only the visible areas were swept & mopped. 6. If you want to swim, you have to cross to MG Suites and pass through a very uncomfortable parking area, and have to pay Rp 50,000 per person. This hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but access to the MG Suites is supposed to be done in a humane way. 7. When we were about to check out, it turned out our car had been wiped down and there was a voluntary fee. It's best to inform guests upfront about things like this so they aren't surprised, and then they're already happy and find out there's a voluntary fee, thinking it's a service fee. Some inns or homestays implement this, but it's always informed upfront (whether you want it washed or not). That's all the information we have.
