Direct view of the beauty of Lake Toba.

The location is strategic, not far from the harbor, beautiful view of Lake Toba, spacious and quite clean rooms, but the food choices are very limited and the taste is lacking in my opinion.

It was truly a pleasure staying here. Two nights passed quickly, and I kept wanting more...

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, good place to stay with good food and I can spend sometime for swimming with my kids. Areas to improve: 1. The selection of breakfast meals, mostly fry and fry, like fried rice, fried noodles. Need more selection. 2. The bed frame needs to be fixed or replaced, it's going to be collapsed if you don't take immediate action, too noisy. 3. At 2-3 AM in the early morning, I heard residents shouting outside the door and too noisy, we could not sleep, there should be security officers walk around to ensure no one make a noise after 10 PM. 4. The water faucet at the handwash sink, it needs to repair, can't closed. Please save water. The rest was good. Good receptionist and waiter, waitress. So far so good, just the room has a lot of ants, and the bed cover is a bit damp. The bathroom seems to be newly renovated, clean. The TV quality needs to be improved.
