Always stay at Lombok Astoria during my trip to Mataram. Friendly staff, lots of food variety. The only complaint was some TV channels that we were looking for did not exist despite being stated on the list, and the pillows need to be replaced.

The food was delicious, quite varied, but some of the dishes were the same. The rooms were comfortable, and when we left, they were always immaculately cleaned.

Overall, besides the facilities and the convenience of borrowing plates which requires payment, there were no problems. However, for a hotel of 4-star caliber, charging for borrowing plates beyond the first one is quite embarrassing. Hopefully, this serves as an evaluation and improvement, not intended to criticize. Thank you.

One of my husband and I's favorite hotels, from the location and the comfortable atmosphere to the clean, tidy, and fragrant rooms. The friendly staff, and especially the sumptuous and delicious breakfast buffet. Everything was top-notch.

2026 is my second year participating in the Pocari Sweat Run in Mandalika, Lombok. I always stop by and stay at the Astoria every year. The hotel is comfortable, the view is great, there is a coffee shop in front, check-in is flexible, you can check in at 12:30, the service is the best, the front office is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
