Visiting during Songkran and it was perfect.

Nice. I chose the small room with big bed, the room is clean, comfort, not spooky, and also the bed has a good quality. Also the price is nice. All staffs capable to speak English, also there are some foreign staffs. All are friendly and helpful. I love this hotel, thanks.

No parking, the room is quite narrow and the ceiling is low, but it's close to 7. Good.

Very satisfied, I stayed 5 days and was very helped by the staff.

The room does not match the cover. The mattress is wrinkled, plus there are stains, the pillows are wrinkled, the cotton is not tight, the water bottle is empty, like an open bottle, and the water is gone, we don't dare to drink it. The room is not soundproof. People walk-to-talk and can hear it. ☹️

The place is nice, clean, smells good, just a bit cramped.

The hotel room looks quite old and tight. The staff reserved the wrong room (standard room) instead of the superior room we booked in the 1st day (we booked 2 superior rooms for 2 days) then they agreed to change us to the superior room in the 2nd day. In the 2nd day, they offered us 4 free tickets for breakfast (highly appreciate for this but still unhappy in general) and refund for money difference. However, the 2nd superior room has 2 single beds instead of king bed as described in description (I read carefully and knew they have many options even for superior room so I chose the right one) but they explained that the room will be dependent on their capability. So why don't they keep us at least for this problem? Anyway, after disputing for a while, I asked staff to rearrange by merging 2 single bed and bringing the king mattress to the room:( my team are all tired because of these things and I feel shameful as I was in charge of booking the room that is not good enough. Besides, please take note for no hair dryer, no elevator and a bit fragrance of hygiene liquid. The good point are: the staff are quite friendly, restaurant is directly under the hotel and pharmacy is next by.

A great stay and location in proximity to everything.

Hotel maids and all cafe maids are very friendly and good comfortable sleeping anywhere near the ATM and all of them only have 1 drawback, there is no elevator, it is difficult to carry a lot of things.

The room size is reasonable. I didn't stay in a room that was too expensive. The room is clean, compact, good. Although the sound is not very quiet, I can sleep. and good safety The air conditioner is cool and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy.

Pros: -Good location, near Khaosan Road. Near important ancient sources in the area of Rattanakosin Island. - Arriving here is not difficult, walking enough to exercise a little sweat. - very economical The quality of accommodation is suitable for the price. Considerations: - The accommodation does not have an elevator, anyone who stays at high floors must exercise a little. -As it is a budget accommodation, the room size is compact according to the price. - The hotel seems to have been established for a long time, the condition will be old with time but still classic. (Not old until the size looks bad, looks dilapidated) Summary: This accommodation is suitable for people who want budget rooms, good location, near tourist attractions in the Rattanakosin area.

Good service with kind staff. I stay here two times and best service both time. This place is near Thammasart which is the place that I want to go, I can walk there, it's easy and is at Khaosan Road that I can take I can enjoy walking at night. Last thing, the food here is amazing! Especially tomatoes salad, good, cheap and get discount grom staying here.

Cheap price, near Phra Athit Pier Near Phra Sumen Fort, the food around here is quite expensive. The hotel has a bar. Nice atmosphere, comfortable

The wooden room is very spacious, small, compact, in the room has all air conditioners, warm water, water, shampoo, soap, near tourist attractions, convenient to travel, good service staff, lovely, everyone speaks because they smile.
