The hotel is surrounded by shops, with the lobby opening directly onto the street. Parking is shared with the convenience store parking lot. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool view. Breakfast was pretty good 👍

I've stayed here several times. The last time there was an issue involving a room change without prior approval, though it was eventually resolved. However, the room was prepared impromptu, and the bathroom exhaust was problematic and noisy. Overall, it's still good. Hopefully, management can confirm the condition of the reservation and room readiness in advance, and maintain communication with customers if there are any issues before check-in, rather than seeming to force options that could be offered when the customer is ready to check in.

Great for family vacations, as the name suggests, it is beautiful and comfortable.

Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that the pool was being cleaned and would only be available the day after tomorrow, Saturday, or the weekend. Surprisingly, by evening, someone was already using it for swimming. The next morning, the pool's Q-Line had reopened, and we hadn't received any information, even though my son was eager to swim.

The accommodation is safe and close to our destination. Hopefully, it will attract more visitors.

Definitely recommended for a staycation

The place is great, my first time staying here and I was very satisfied. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. It's easy to get everywhere, making it an addictive stay.

The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious. Breakfast was served as a platter (the restaurant is still under maintenance), however, we had a pleasant stay here.

Too much open space makes it feel stuffy. The food variety and taste are lacking. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but no one came to clean it. It's located on a fairly busy street.

The staff are all friendly & polite, the rooms are clean & spacious. But there is no view so it's a bit boring especially if you bring children. The TV channels or TV needs to be upgraded, nothing can be watched because all the external channels that appear and the picture quality is not HD, and the screen is also problematic 😩. Also, I made a reservation for 2 people, why did I only get 1 toothbrush, sandals, etc.? Are we supposed to share or what? The food is SNI. Oh yeah, if you're looking for a quiet hotel here, I recommend it because it's not too crowded, if you want to buy snacks, just go to the supermarket.

Comfortable and worth it, perfect for families. The rooms are all nice and new. If you're hungry, you can go to Asia Toserba to buy snacks. It's close to everything. The swimming pool is also nice, quiet, hehehe. There's a gym too, but it's standard. It's really great 🫰🏻

My first staycation with my family was very memorable. My son was very happy to be able to spend 2 nights there, he was satisfied playing in the swimming pool and going to the Tosreba mall without having to get hot. The only small criticism is that there are lots of small ants that make our bodies itchy... God willing, we will be a regular customer every year.

After the renovation, the room interiors and amenities are now even better. The showers are powerful, the sinks are clean, the bathroom exhaust fan is quiet, and most importantly, there's no glare when sleeping (I once noted a suggestion in the room notes that the bright light from outside was causing glare). I wish Asri Hotel continued success.
