I've stayed here twice, and it's a great choice because it's close to food and snacks. I had a room facing the main road, so I wasn't afraid because I had previous experience. I'd recommend replacing the lights with brighter ones, especially those in the corridors. They've just been renovated. I'd recommend thoroughly cleaning the mop, as even my footprints in the room were black and the dust was noticeable. I'd also like to check the AC, as it wasn't cooling optimally last night.

The place is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are excellent. Because I chose a superior room, it was right in front of the pool, so the kids loved it.

I've stayed here several times. The last time there was an issue involving a room change without prior approval, though it was eventually resolved. However, the room was prepared impromptu, and the bathroom exhaust was problematic and noisy. Overall, it's still good. Hopefully, management can confirm the condition of the reservation and room readiness in advance, and maintain communication with customers if there are any issues before check-in, rather than seeming to force options that could be offered when the customer is ready to check in.

Great for family vacations, as the name suggests, it is beautiful and comfortable.

Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that the pool was being cleaned and would only be available the day after tomorrow, Saturday, or the weekend. Surprisingly, by evening, someone was already using it for swimming. The next morning, the pool's Q-Line had reopened, and we hadn't received any information, even though my son was eager to swim.

The accommodation is safe and close to our destination. Hopefully, it will attract more visitors.
