Always enjoy staycationing at this hotel. The room, bathroom, and hotel area were clean, making it comfy and tidy. Perhaps input for the hotel management is WiFi. I don't know why the signal isn't too strong and can be unstable sometimes, even if the router is in front of my room. Overall, still enjoy staycationing here, and it's always one of my top lists to stay when coming back to Malang again. Highly recommended, should be on your top list too!

I really liked the clean room, but the WiFi was slow. The swimming pool wasn't very clean, with lots of fallen leaves.

But the staff was quite friendly and quick, the next day we were replaced with a better room.

I had booked this hotel for a long stay, and I'm lucky to have gotten a free upgrade room from Deluxe Classic to Junior Suite Rooms. The room was so big, clean, and comfy. All the hotel staff were so kind. The breakfast menu overall was so good, you should try mie/bakmi goreng jawa with the pickles, ikan colo-colo, rolade ikan, ayam koloke, and another chicken dishes. You should also try the omelet, salad, and guava juice; these three are the best parts of the breakfast menu. Probably the input for the management is WiFi, because the signal is too weak in my room and gets disconnected too often. That's not a problem for me as long as my phone signal is good, and it was always good when I stayed there. Also, it couldn't be my minus point; this hotel would still be on my top list to stay whenever I come back to Malang again. Very recommended for a long stay, should be on your list too!

Fast response, when I was there the water in the tap was clogged... it was fixed immediately... the staff was friendly and helpful

My first experience staying at Ubud Hotel Malang was very memorable, the staff service was friendly, the room was clean, fragrant, and comfortable for resting.

Overall, it was very much in line with expectations, only the restaurant had very minimal variety, from the menu list alone there were many things that were missing, the taste was also very lacking, hopefully the restaurant can be upgraded again, thank you.

Improve the quality of TV channels because when checking in there was a disruption from the afternoon until bedtime, the hot water took a long time.
