At check-in time, there were no rooms available at 1 p.m. I left my luggage at the front desk. After 2 p.m., I sent a WhatsApp message saying there was a room, so I went to pick up my luggage. The front desk said it would be delivered to my room. I waited for about 5-10 minutes and it didn't arrive. Finally, I went up to the front desk. I met the bellboy delivering the luggage in front of the elevator. I asked, "Whose luggage is this?" "Room number..." "Oh yeah, that's me, but this isn't my luggage." Finally, I picked up my luggage at the front desk and went up to my room.
When I reached my room, the door wouldn't open because the card I was holding was for electricity. The card to open the room was inside. The front desk didn't explain to me the different uses of each card. I went back down to the front desk. I had asked the bellboy to confirm with me that he would open the room. However, I waited upstairs for 5-10 minutes and the bellboy didn't come. Finally, I went down to get my access card to open my room.
