I've stayed here twice. The Superior room only has 2 pillows, and the space is a bit cramped. The cleanliness is okay, the environment is okay, the location is okay, and the rooftop view on the 11th floor is okay. The kids' pool is combined, but the pool doesn't feel big and is limited, including the chairs and daybeds. My previous experience with breakfast was okay, but yesterday I had a long wait for refills, there was no staff at the egg corner, and it took a long time to order. The tahu gejrot dish had tofu but no broth. The fried vermicelli was delicious, and the taste was okay. Everything else was just enough, as there weren't many choices.

The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is cool on the rooftop.

1. The parking lot is separate from the hotel, and the security guard was very uninformative. The first time, he didn't even greet me or ask anything. Parking in the basement was prohibited, as they said there was plumbing work, even though it was empty from night to morning. This was my first time staying in a hotel. The walk from the parking lot to the hotel was very long, and there was no special access for guests, so we had to use the sidewalk. Even with a lot of luggage, I wasn't offered any assistance. I was very disappointed and it put me in a bad mood. 2. The room didn't meet my special requests, even though I had made a reservation well in advance. For whatever reason, that made me disappointed again. 3. A 4-star hotel, but it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel compared to other hotels. The breakfast selection is limited and the space is minimalist. 4. Parking was said to be free, but when I wanted to leave, I was still asked to pay by the parking attendant even though I had provided my license plate number. As a result, the security guard honked and had to wait a long time to get out. 5. The swimming pool is a decent size, but it feels small for a 4-star hotel. I won't be coming back here again. The positive is that the hotel's interior feels luxurious.

The hotel is clean, and the pool is quite large. The price is super affordable, even though other hotels are skyrocketing during the long weekend. Belviu is still under 1 million rupiah, plus breakfast. 😍

Friendly staff, good service, perhaps cleanliness could be improved, the glass hasn't been cleaned for 2 nights and has fingerprints, but overall the staff is very helpful.

The location is super strategic... Very close to Rumah Mode, because it's next door.. Just walk there... The breakfast is delicious, but the variety is limited, maybe it can be improved later... Overall the kids like staying here, and the staff are also helpful... Thanks Belviu🫶

The best hotel in Bandung ever

In general, from check in to breakfast it does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel.

This is my first time staying, and this hotel was a wedding event from the first arrival until check out. Actually, parking is complicated, it's hard to get out, the parking attendants are overloaded and can't handle it, then the elevator is slow, full of wedding effects and parking is affected too, it's hard to get out, just staying for a day requires a 100 thousand deposit, the positive side of the hotel is aesthetic, the view is good, the restaurant food is delicious, small children are charged 100 thousand above 10 years old, the room AC is really cold, the swimming pool has a good view, access is on the side of the road next to Rumah Mode, just walk, suggestions please maintain the parking if there are weddings, the number of people staying is so overwhelming that it makes people reluctant to come back again.

It was a pleasant stay. It's really close to Bandung's tourist destinations. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The parking lot next to the hotel is very spacious. The rooftop pool also has a beautiful view.

It was beyond my expectations, actually. I initially stayed there just to go to Rumah Mode, but it turned out to be the absolute best hotel. From the security and the parking attendants, they were very friendly and helpful. Then, to the reception, they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning, too, the restaurant staff were very friendly and the service was beyond my and my family's expectations. Best of luck to Belviu Hotel, we'll stay there again next time.
