The hotel is luxurious. I requested a room with a view of the 99 Dome Mosque, and thankfully, one was available. The location is perfect for resting, as it's not too crowded. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I wanted to try everything, but my stomach just couldn't fit.

It's a top hotel. Initially, our room had no hot water. The staff upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi. It was perfect and made up for the initial problem.

Just want to give a suggestion to the engineer at this hotel, please check every room's facilities if they really need to be replaced such as showers etc. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, with the condition of the first day the shower was leaking and I didn't report it, in the afternoon I took a shower and finally the shower broke by itself. And when checking out we were asked to replace it, even though it wasn't our fault, if all rooms are not checked and this also happens to other people, then every time something like that happens the guest is charged to replace it and the hotel management doesn't spend money on the repair. I've stayed here several times every time I go to Makassar and now we are disappointed. Not because of the few hundred thousand.

The staff was friendly and nice, the only problem was the water heater wasn't hot enough 😶, and the AC wasn't very cold even though it was set to 18°C. Otherwise, it was great.
