The staff was friendly and nice, the only problem was the water heater wasn't hot enough 😶, and the AC wasn't very cold even though it was set to 18°C. Otherwise, it was great.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable, with a great view, and it's connected to Pipo Mall. The only thing I'd like to do is make sure the refrigerator isn't cold enough, which is a bit difficult for those of us with small children. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at The Rinra. Booked 3 weeks in advance, booked 2 rooms, arrived on time to check in at 2:00 PM, only got 1 room, the other one wasn't available until 5:30 PM. Maybe it was high season or understaffed, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Staying here never fails, because of the friendly service, clean rooms and also fragrant hotel space, for food there is more variety and the taste is very delicious.

The room is very comfortable and clean, the staff service is very friendly, the breakfast menu is very varied, children are free for 100cm and below, the swimming pool is nice with beautiful views.

Staying at The Rinra Makassar was quite a pleasant experience in terms of location and ambiance, particularly given its strategic location with direct access to the mall and stunning ocean views. However, there was a slight issue with the air conditioning in the room, which felt a bit too cool, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable stay. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and responsive, and the hotel's overall facilities were still quite good, making for a great stay.

It was a wonderful stay! My family and I were really happy staying at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and we had a great time during our visit. The place was nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His great service made our dining experience even better. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again. The atmosphere represents Makassar as a coastal city, the view of the city and the sea is OK, close access from the city center and typical culinary and souvenirs, can jog, gym and swimming are favorites for children and the staff service is friendly and helpful.
