The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family and 2 adult children. The hotel is not very spacious with limited parking. It's not a hotel for a staycation with small children, and there's no play area for children. Positives: 1. The location is quite good, with several eateries within easy walking distance. 2. The breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty. Needs to improve: 1. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. 2. The room is cramped. 3. The hot water is unstable, sometimes cold and then hot again while in use. Overall, it's quite good considering the price and facilities, but there are a few things that could be improved.

The staff and security guards were friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were neat, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with no traffic noise. The location is strategic, close to culinary spots. Next time I visit Solo, I'll definitely stay here.
