The hotel staff is friendly and there are lots of people selling food in front of the hotel.

When I checked the app, this hotel seemed ordinary. There were few reviews, but when I arrived, I was like, wow, this hotel is beautiful and feels luxurious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Madiun. It's close to the train station and the PSC, just a short walk away.

Booked for 2 nights and checked out immediately after the first day. You can read about the hotel's shortcomings in other reviews, because they're all 100% accurate: - Toilet - Smelly blankets, mattress, and furniture - Mosquitoes - Wi-Fi - Hotel for YTTA (right next to the room, it was so noisy I could hear it all night). The only recommendation here is the proximity to the station and the area outside the hotel, which is very clean and beautiful. Don't expect anything else. However, if you're just in transit, this hotel is still possible because it's literally steps from the station. There's an Alfamart in front of the hotel, so you'll find everything you need. I think the VIP class rooms are recommended, as some of the rooms have recently been renovated. However, if I were to book a VIP room, I'd be better off looking for a B3/B4 class hotel in the city center, as there's still a chance of finding a downside, as you never know what kind of room you'll get, and changing rooms will incur additional charges. Suggestion to the owner: If you want to upgrade, really pay attention to sanitation and cleanliness. It's a shame that we've already won in terms of location and the comfort of the hotel environment, but if many of the rooms are damaged, it's useless.

The staff was friendly, but two major drawbacks for the family room on the second floor were that the toilet had to be filled by hand, and the water was very small. Breakfast was a surprisingly spicy affair. My apologies and thank you.

The quality of the bathroom water needs to be improved. There is still a lot of sand or other sediment, so the water is often black. Even if the tap is opened continuously, the water will become clear again.

Hotel lumayan bagus. Cuma dengan harga 585, Wi-Fi sama sekali enggak bisa digunakan. Ini yang membuat hotel ini enggak berguna kalau kita pesan saat dalam perjalanan bisnis.

The electricity is always off. And we were told to turn off the AC even though the room was hot.

At check-in, I was told that I could extend half a day without being informed that after a certain hour there would be an additional fee. Then suddenly when checking out with a different receptionist, the full day fee was immediately charged, without wanting to hear an explanation that there was no information if checking out exceeded a certain time the price became full one day. Finally bargaining like in the market, the receptionist is willing to only pay a certain amount according to the agreement. Very unprofessional.

Lots of mosquitoes, there is another door in the room leading to the outside which is locked. I feel uncomfortable with that door.
