Everything is the best.. There is just a slight negligence, the master room air conditioner is not cold at all, the refrigerator plug, the electric DB always falls, the kitchen and outside toilet parts have fallen from the house above, the lock door is difficult to open.. My luck is just unlucky, I have stayed here 3-4 times before, everything is ok.. Whatever, this resort is the best..

The hotel's view is quite nice, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't have an escalator or elevator, making it difficult for guests to carry their suitcases to the upper floors.

It's late to check in, other hotels usually only let you in until 1am. The area is a bit scary, you can get to block A1.

The quiet surroundings make this place an ideal location for a horror film shoot. However, there is still much room for improvement in terms of facilities. The room had a cockroach smell, no toothbrush was provided, and the kitchen appeared unsafe for use. Although the tap water looked clear, it had a rusty odor. I understand that the owner may be trying to stay afloat in this industry, but additional investment is necessary to improve guest comfort. Breakfast was provided in the form of a simple packed rice meal.

Check-in reception is at the pool area. No elevator in premise. Even at ground floor, no wheelchair ramp to go into the unit. Fairly clean room, but no cutlery provided.

The garden is not pictured like on the ads. It's just an empty garden. Fake hope. The table lamp in the bedroom is broken. There's lizard droppings in certain places. The fridge is kind of smelly. An iron is not provided in each house. You need to walk to the lobby to iron.

Plez upgrade check in service on the weekend becoz to many people at one time. And staff cannot handle at same time. Overall OK.

Late check in. So the hotel offered a late check out offer. But at exactly 2 o'clock he called me asking to come out. A comfortable residence but towels and soap all have to be asked for. In the water room there is no place to hang towels or clothes. Forced to DIY obviously.

Service maintenance amat teruk. Pili air bocor, shower pili air bocor & pump Jamban problem tak keluar air. Sangat teruk. Check Dulu sebelum serah kunci pada customer.

Staff oke, good customer service, bilik memang bersih tip top. Aircond tip top, memang dekat dengan pantai tapi tak leh mandi sebab keladak merah sebab hujan kot tapi scenery nice. Okelah. But, 1. Sink sumbat dengan bulu-bulu kat main room; 2. Tak de penyapu atau mop untuk clean; 3. WiFi slow, TV pun hang, fed up; 4. Pool kocik jur, aduhai, ingat besok macam dalam picture

Spacious, clean room, well maintained pool. Beach walking distance. There are 4 towels, clean and fragrant. The air conditioner remote uses a universal remote so it has to be set first

Very very bad service, the toilet door was pulled out, people can say they don't know, it looks like the room is not serviced. After that, I changed the room for an apartment room like an old abandoned building, I went up to the 2nd floor, with another child, the room door item can't be changed, I'm tired. Ask to cancel in people who don't share, it's clear it's wrong with bad service people. It is also possible for manual keys, even if people don't know, the door is broken, not de -serviced. If you go in, I don't know what else is broken, I'm tired of going up and down the stairs and keep canceling, people want to swallow money, it's not halal.

Cuma saya dapat tingkat atas sekali. Saya request tingkat bawah. Penyewa hari tersebut tidaklah ramai sangat sepatutnya sri bayu boleh consider beri bilik yang diminta.
