Distance and facilities are very inadequate. Quiet hard to get more facilities. Crazy cool view.

The owner and staff are very friendly, like welcoming you. It feels like living on a private beach. The food is delicious and really satisfying

I was overbooked and had to stay some nights at another place, less appealing. Finding food is a little bit difficult and not many choices.

The owner went out of her way to take great care of us. Breakfast was delicious. The room is basic but comfortable, though it would have been nice to have the AC in the room and the fan in the living area, instead of the reverse. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the ocean view is gorgeous.

This is the best, comfy room if you want to stay in Larantuka, near the beach! Full facilities, at central and close to the airport, if you want something different experience, stay in this beach apartment 😊

wow, it was great to stay here, the service was very friendly, until the food was ordered by the servants, you could dive, snorkel too, go straight to the beach too, the scenery, really cool

I'd love to stay in this homestay. The room are so clean and comfort. The owner and the staffs are very friendly. The food is great and the view is amazing. I love to watch sunrise and sunset from this homestay. The place is also quiet really good for relaxing. I do really want to comeback to this homestay again.

Staying at room renovated by boat. Very unique and enjoyable stay. Good hospitality and splendid sea view ahead of room. A bit far from center of town but easily accessible by bike taxi(ojek) or small bus (Bemo). Recommended.

Great stay! Maria & Chris are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from when we first arrived. They are really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Helped us plan a day trip to Andonara island. They made our stay in Larantuka. We stayed in the boat house and it was fab! Really comfortable bed with a great breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is unique, can see the sunrise directly from the front of the room, the food is also delicious, if you go to larantuka definitely stay here again.

A great experience staying at this homey homestay in Larantuka. It is right on the beach and the beach is super clean! They maintained the cleanliness very well. Stayed in the boat house and it was perfectly suited me: clean, comfortable, good working aircon as well as the refreshing fresh water is always running. Salute for Ibu Maria and team who helped me received shipment of my bicycle box from Labuan Bajo and keep it before I arrived in Larantuka. They also help me packed up the bike. They seemed happy to do that - a true hospitality from the heart. Thank you Larantuka Beach Apartment. Keep up the great work!

Homestay clean, quiet and comfortable, our room overlooking the white sandy beach just opposite looks Adonara and we could see the sunrise every day from the next room. Thanks to the mother maria and pack chris were very attentive and helped us during the stay there.
