It's the best thing to stay here, I've been back several times.

I’ve stayed at Horison Palma Pangandaran several times, and I keep coming back because of the excellent service, clean rooms, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, the facilities are great, and the overall experience has always been positive. That’s why it has become one of my favorite places to stay in Pangandaran. One small disappointment during my last stay was the Spicy Shoyu Ramen. The broth and flavor were good, but it was served with egg noodles instead of ramen noodles, which was quite unfortunate as it didn’t really feel like a ramen dish. I hope this can be improved in the future because the taste itself was enjoyable. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the great hospitality, and I look forward to staying here again soon.

The staff service is friendly & fast. Asked to move rooms because the front of the room was being renovated so it was a bit noisy, but immediately got a more comfortable room the next day. Just please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, please pay more attention because the walls and toilet are not very clean 🙏 Otherwise, it's nice and comfortable 👍

The staff were all friendly, check-in and checkout were easy, the view from the top floor was great, with a beach view that allows you to see the sunset. Overall, the room was nice, but when I arrived, the floor was still dirty. I took the initiative to borrow a broom to sweep it, but it was still dirty. The bed and toilet were okay, the amenities were complete, the water heater was there and working, and the Wi-Fi was good. Overall, I recommend it. I'd love to stay here again on vacation.

The location is very strategic. It's just a short walk to the sea. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly.

The service is friendly, from the cleaning service to the restaurant. However, for this price, the facilities are still lacking. Please provide a clothes rack for drying wet clothes.

Tissues are only available in the bathroom, towels are shabby.

The room's AC leaked to the point that the gypsum was broken, all the water came out, the bathroom was small, the water even went off, you had to ask to move rooms, there was no initiative from them even though the AC was completely destroyed, damaged like that.
