The room was average. The hotel towels weren't very clean. There were yellow stains on them, as if they hadn't been washed. The TV wouldn't work. The AC wasn't working, even though I set it to its coldest setting, the room still didn't feel cold. I thought there was a swimming pool. Turns out there isn't. If I had known that, I wouldn't have included the lure of a swimming pool in the ad. It's expensive.

The superior room was smelly and stuffy. We upgraded to a deluxe room, but the AC wasn't cooling at all. We opened the AC filter ourselves and cleaned it, but it didn't work.
