The AC was on but the indicator was off, the temperature couldn't be adjusted, I called the receptionist and the officer came and informed me that a few days ago when setting the AC in the rooms there was an error so they couldn't do anything, in fact they said there were other rooms that were the same. Not providing a solution, I asked him to tell the receptionist if they wanted to change rooms because the temperature couldn't be read very cold. The officer refused to explain, didn't want to help, the reason was also very unhelpful and not problem-solving. Finally, I called the receptionist with a dusty phone receiver and the cable had to be held because it was loose and easily detached from the phone, finally I waited until there were more calls to immediately follow up and be moved to a room. After waiting for a long time and initially being refused by the receptionist with the reason that the room was full and other unclear reasons, then I was informed that I could move rooms and the AC officer was also in front of my room again to exchange the room key. I was moved to another floor, the AC was okay but the bathroom looked like it had never been wiped, the corners near the mirror were full of dust.

Booked a Junior Suite room, but it wasn't very clean when we arrived, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to low temperature, the food lacked variety and taste, and for a 4-star hotel, anyone could access the room area, as the elevator doesn't use card access, which is a bit odd. The location is very strategic, and there's a really cozy cafe in front to hang out until late at night. Sorry about that.

On the second day, when we arrived at the room, it was already nighttime and the bathroom amenities were missing. After asking for them, they delivered them after about 10 minutes. There was a package left at the reception. When they wanted to pick it up, they couldn't find it. They searched for it, but they couldn't find it.... So they decided to just have it delivered to their address later. The service was quite disappointing.
