The hotel has long needed maintenance. The floor is rather dirty, the hotel maid is quite friendly, there is no water heater, get breakfeast. Free airport shuttle.

Honestly the hotel is quite okay, but the reception service needs to be improved. Please be more professional in entertaining guests with a warm smile. Room cleanliness also needs to be maintained. Pillows smell musty, blankets don't seem to be replaced, and rooms smell like cigarettes which makes you dizzy. Honestly, it's not strong in Oamar, it only lasted a few hours after that we looked for a cleaner neighboring hotel. Just once will not come back again.

The hotel is dirty, dirty, all rooms have no hot water and the exhaust fan is turned off for the sake of economy, breakfast is okay. The wifi in the rooms is bad and even intermittent, the only win is the free shuttle facility from and to the hotel, port and airport.

Want more, a satisfying experience, near the airport, near Pertamina Hospital, strategic location, clean, cold rooms. Especially if you are given a discount voucher later :).

The accommodation is okay because you can get free transport to the airport. The hotel breakfast is also available from 4 am although there are not too many choices, but it helps if you get an early morning flight. What is less likely than the cleanliness of the room is that the closet is a bit dirty, as well as the door to the room when it is closed, it sounds annoying. The hotel is also quite far from the ATM, so it's a bit difficult if you don't have cash because at the hotel you have to deposit a cash deposit.

The room air conditioner did not work properly, so the room temperature was hot.

cheap pearl hotel, good service, and become my favorite choice, because of the hospitality from the hotel employees, so for me feel a comfort in the family. just really top bangetz ..

room 108 is quite spacious there are only a few things that are lacking 1. floor on the side of the bed that is near a thick dusty wall. coincidentally the TV remote fell into it and when I picked it up, my hands were full of dust. 2. hot water is available, but there is no shower / box for bathing. I was forced to hold water in a bucket to take a shower 3. in the room there was no mirror, only a small mirror that was cracked in the bathroom. other things are good, especially airport shuttle service.
