The hotel is very comfortable, affordable, a few steps access to the city gate and stadium around it there are many coffee shops and daily necessities shops... Great service, clean rooms, friendly and responsive hotel staff

(+) Strategic location, across from the hotel there is a minimarket. (+) The TV works well. (+) The bathroom shower runs smoothly, there is also a water heater. (-) The pillows are damp and smell bad. (-) The AC is not working properly, staying overnight is uncomfortable because it is too hot. Please fix the AC in room no. 107!

Lantai kamar dan kamar mandi lengket & licin. Dan kalau malam suara karaoke di sebelah hotel terdengar keras sampai ke kamar hotel.

The karaoke next door disturbs rest, the price is expensive. Less comfortable.

2 Adults with 2 kids staying and after declaring to front desk that there were an additional two kids (9 and 7 years old), the hotel gave extra charge for one kid (50k). Unfortunately, there was no additional bed provided by the hotel and after asking they provided only 2 additional pillows. It was noisy since the hotel is located next to a pub. The cleanliness is good though.
