A ⭐3 hotel with a strategic location in downtown Karawang. It's very close to malls, supermarkets, and even hospitals. It has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, making it perfect for bringing children. The food is also delicious.

I was disappointed with the check-in time; I only got a room at almost 3:00. The breakfast, which was hard fried rice, lacked flavor, and had little variety. The staff was less than friendly when I asked why I still couldn't get a room at 3:00.

A hotel with a swimming pool. The price is great. A suggestion: check the breakfast regularly to ensure it doesn't run out quickly and to vary the quantity (add more). It seems like there are swimming lessons and activities in the ballroom on weekends, so it's really busy.

I apologize for the inconvenience from the moment I entered the room. The door was difficult to open and the unpleasant smell made me uncomfortable. That's why I checked out early, not having time to stay overnight. We decided to check out at 8 PM.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all your needs during your stay. The bedrooms were nice and clean, and the hotel lobby was also nice. However, bathroom amenities were lacking: a shower cap, cotton buds, a comb, and a laundry bag. Only toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. Overall, everything was fine.

Lots of mosquitoes. Some of the window security was broken, and there was no information, even though my child was sleeping right next to the broken window. If he were to get pushed, it could be fatal and very dangerous. The hotel's condition wasn't up to par for the 500+ dollar price, but it was far from what I expected. The room was cramped, and the TV remote was broken.
