Pros: Location. Shopping area on the ground floor. Along with 4 pax breakfast. View overlooking the river. Con: Old room. TV box, no clear broadcast. The floor is cracked. The price is not worth the convenience. Need to upgrade immediately.

Room did not clean up properly where there are trash under the bed. Shower tap broken where you cannot control the water coming from the lower tap or the shower tap and water pressure are not stable. Room phone broken. Restaurant with a lot of menu out of stock. Overall, not really to the hotel standard.

the hotels is almost 90 km away from the international airport. Your website shows only 21.2 KM away from international airport. I had to pay 150 Brunie currency to reach hotel (one way) and cross a Malaysian border to reach to my hotel. I paid the same again to come to city centre next day. this is misleading and wrong information. Please amend it and I had to change my hotel after 1st night of frustrated stay and paid again to a new hotel. this is absolutely frustrating

Secure got parking for guest, breakfast was delicious especially nasi lemak. Good stay for guest that have long journey Limbang, Brunei, Lawas and also from Sabah.

No taxi arrangement. Have to walk about 10 minutes to taxi stand! Hotel staff not friendly. Restaurant and room quality not so good.

We spend a night here to return home from a safer, safer room, spacious and suitable for a family, just a little cleaner and difficult parking. The parking space below the hotel is dark and cramped.

Breakfast is awesome. Room wise is quite okay as did not expected to much.

The flush of the toilet is not functioning very well. It took me more than 10 seconds to flush the toilet. The rest is good. However, the breakfast should have more varieties.

Toilets are not satisfactory, the water is in a no-frills place, the bathroom is less tired, the room furniture is too long, the location is nice.

Hotel staff not so friendly. Very difficult to have access to see around. No transportation arrangement / No taxis. Place in the middle of nowhere. Had great difficulty in reaching the hotel and moving out also. Restaurant and room quality not good.
