the lights are not bright enough in the room + in the bathroom. the middle light is off the tiles are dusty. the pillowcases feel like they're used because they're wrinkled

Strategic location, with a calm atmosphere, not noisy and spacious rooms.

Hotel near the main road. Room is quite big but please improve the cleanliness of the room. Last experience, bathroom towels are full of ants. The room smells of cigarettes and the toilet faucet is leaking.

The room is quite clean and spacious, the AC is quite cold, it's not bad, just lacking tissues in the room.

They said, this is a legendary hotel. But I see a lot of renovations, like the floor is made of vinyl. The bathroom has been replaced with ceramics. For a spacious room like this, this price is worth it + breakfast too. The only downside is that the toilet gives off an unpleasant smell and the lighting in the hallway is lacking. It's dim. Hopefully there will be improvements

Stayed for a few days and it was very enjoyable with the friendliness of the staff.

Very very lacking from all aspects of the room to room facilities, toilets, to breakfast which was only given in the form of packaged rice like the tahlilan event that was hung in front of the room door.

It's better to find another hotel with lots of minuses (AC is not cold, facilities in the toilet are minimal, only toothpaste and shampoo + the water smells like the smell of sewers, the room has lots of mosquitoes, the lighting in the room + the toilet is very dim) really don't recommend.

It's good you don't have to stay here, the price is expensive, the facilities are really bad, the hotel is happy, the price is cheap, the facilities are complete, food is provided, if it's boxed here even though the price is expensive, then there's no hot water, not a recommendation.

Hotel Tiara Surya ini nyaman sekali, bersih dan disambut ramah sama resepsionis nya, di kamar sudah pakai kunci kartu sehingga lebih modern dan pastinya aman. Kamar mandi sudah menggunakan shower dan dipersiapkan beberapa alat mandi. Disediakan pula sajadah untuk sholat bagi yang muslim dan ada alquran untuk mengaji. Sarapan pun diantar ke kamar dan enak. Mantap bakal balik kesini kalau ke bontang.

The hotel is good, given breakfast food, clean, okay tv, okay ac, can make coffee and tea. The place is strategic near the food stalls, Indomaret high school. So if you need something, don't look for it too far. The best.

Even more so for the room facilities, for the receptionist service is good

No towels prepared, the taps like to turn on on their own.
