Parking is difficult because it is located behind the gas station, and the environment is uncomfortable with the strong smell of fish waste.., there is no notification of breakfast times to customers, the staff is not friendly. and the towels in the room are the same as the footcloths in the bathroom, the color is shabby/dirty, not clean white.

After previously reading reviews from other visitors, I deliberately booked the highest type of hotel, expecting the room I got would be cleaner and more well-maintained, but the reality was the same. The water heater didn't work, the room was dirty, the AC wasn't cold. Too bad it wasn't well-maintained. The plus side is that the room is standard for a suite, and the food is delicious.

The service here is really good, the staff are very friendly. But it should be noted for the hotel owner, the facilities are really bad. The telephone line is not working, the electrical line is disconnected, the door is hard to close and the worst thing is the hot water doesn't work in all the rooms I rented. Fix it and use a water heater, don't rely on the weather. When the weather is cold like this, we need hot water according to the facilities offered. Regarding the restaurant food, I give a thumbs up because everything is delicious.
