We apologize for the inconvenience, especially regarding your room (605) which was not cleaned until the afternoon, and the quality and variety of breakfast that did not meet expectations. Regarding the room that was not cleaned until 2:30 PM: We have issued a warning and given direct instructions to the Housekeeping team. Long-term evaluation: We will strengthen the monitoring system for uncleaned rooms through our internal system and ensure regular checks by supervisors on each shift. Regarding the undercooked fried rice and the lack of variety in the menu: This clearly does not meet our food standards. We have conveyed this directly to the Kitchen team and the responsible Chef. Long-term evaluation: We will schedule refresher training for the kitchen team on food quality control, as well as implementing weekly menu rotations to ensure a more varied menu and a more enjoyable stay for guests staying more than one night.
