The hotel is spacious, cool, and beautiful. The staff are also very friendly. They always smile, and they even let me borrow a helmet yesterday. I stayed in a family room, so it was very spacious, with four beds and a lounge chair. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. It was great.

In terms of price, it's really cheap. The rooms are clean, the AC is cool, and the toiletries are complete. But what made it uncomfortable was that I got a room on the third floor, and it didn't have an elevator. There were actually a lot of people staying there, but the atmosphere seemed deserted. Plus, the room's window overlooked an empty classroom on the UIN campus. It's scary staying alone. Yesterday, we experienced a power outage in the early hours of the morning, and the staff couldn't be contacted. Just imagine...

There is no shower, not even a ladle and bucket, so you can't take a shower.

Tbh, really really old but ngl pretty clean. It's not scary at all. I stayed here for 3 days and no ghost whatsoever. It's cheap, the location is really good, just the room's pretty old. Overall it's good, staffs was also very very nice. I'll make sure to come back on my next visit

Strategically located in the city, right next to IAIN Sunan Kalijaga and the Grand Mercure Hotel. Room service is prompt. Although the hotel is older, the rooms appear to have been upgraded/renovated, making them nice and clean, though the bathrooms are a bit lacking. Rates are affordable and reflect the profile and information provided in the app.

I recommend staying here because all the facilities are complete, and it's centrally located, close to food and shopping malls. The only downside, hehe, is the lack of Wi-Fi and TV channels. Keep up the good work! Everything is comfortable, clean, and smells great. I'll stay here again next time.

The hotel service is friendly, for the price of 100s it is very worth it, satisfied. Initially only wanted to stay for a day, but instead continued because it was comfortable, clean room, clean toilet, cold AC, location on the main road, 7 minutes access to Malioboro by motorbike, looking for many culinary choices, access to Pakuwon Mall is also 7 minutes, a very satisfying experience, the balcony view with a pleasant yard, a large parking location for cars and motorbikes.
