Nice place to stay and have a lot of restaurants, cafes.

Easy to find nasi kandar restaurant

The price is according to the clean room, the bathroom is also clean, access to the airport is very close. Good service.

Good and very affordable price

The room is quite OK, but it's a bit dark, some ants are walking on the pillows. The staff is very unfriendly! Request for early check-in time at 12:00 does not work in this hotel, we have to check in at 2:30 sharp. The most important thing is there is no wifi can be connected. For tourist, you'd better bring universal travel plug adaptor to charge your phone, or you'll end up buying it in Mr. DIY across the hotel.

Under expectation. The bedsheet/blanket look yellowish. The room when enter feel not comfortable.

The staff is not there, the service is terrible. It's difficult to checkout. So I almost missed the plane, f*ck.

The stay was not fine cause I'm so tired and I have no choice but to just stay here (should have booked other accommodation 🙄). The room is quite small. That receptionist is so rude af, not welcoming at all! Act all snobby with me 🙄. I rather book other hotel than this one. Worst service. And I did the math, the indian lady receptionist is the hotel 's owner 🙄. It 's ruining your business reputation 🥱. Atp don't open a hotel not even budget one just open a muay thai ring or other kind of business that would compliment your rudeness and snobby attitude 🙄. My first and last, PERIOD.

Pelayanan tidak Baik, Dalam kamar tidak bisa makan.

Hati hati. Uang deposit tidak balikan. Modus, pada saat pagi mau chekout penjaga tidak ada. Petugas pria. Lebih mawas.

Ketika check out tidak ada orang di counter. Uang refund tidak di kembalikan. Padahal sudah info besok mau check out pagi pukul 05.00 pagi.

Security problem，security is not good，a same room card can be open other room.

Map selalu gak tepat, baik pesan makanan, maupun naik Grab. Pas masuk kamar bau gak enak di dalam kamar mandinya, sampai mau muntah, saya di lantai 1. Perugasnya sombong banget.

Room smelly and feel skin itchy.

The bed is big, but parking inside needs to pay, is private parking. Nearby at lot food stall.
