The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.

***PARKING*** The unit in tower D is very spacious and comfortable, All equipment works; the a/c, hot shower, running water, fridge, microwave and washer were perfect. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The amenities however is a bit hassle. You only have access to the pool but you have to register each time you have to use it (per day) also you have to pay per person. No access to the gym. And my other problem was, no designated parking. You can find parking only during 9am to 9pm during Mall business hours and you PAY per hour. I couldnt rent a car due to NO Parking designation. So before you consider this property take note, there is no overnight parking. Overall, I like the unit we stayed in, the area was safe and everything is walkable. But not the amenities and the parking situation. I probably will caution my friends to come to this place.

One of the best serviced apartments I have stayed in, very clean, well furnished to Western standards, very comfortable bed. Great view from the balcony. Great staff who were professional and courteous and provided a seamless service from airport pick-up and throughout my stay. Will definitely booking again on my next business trip.

1st the room was awesome, best Ive been outside of NYC.... awesome view from 45th floor... spotless cleaning by Rosie.... BUT!!! Im a retired international traveler, this place said it had cable TV, IT DID NOT!! I was unable to use the 42 inch tv in the room for a week, a very big turnoff.... the Internet was very bad, it was prepaid internet and was very very slow or nonexistent....The AC was very noisy and sounded like a outboard motorboat... when I messaged the mgnt, they said they disagreed with my feelings and put down everything I had concerns about.... how can you disagree with u advertising cable and not have it?? The prepaid internet was horrible, sometimes I couldnt even send an email at times... for such a very nice property, not having suitable internet is ludicris, they blamed it on the Phillipines internet.... Ive been visiting the Phillipines for 7 years, and stayed in much lesser places and NEVER EVER was the internet and cable tv was a part of the dicussion...usually roaches were my concerns, none here. I really hated to leave this place, but this was a killer.. upon entering the place I asked of extending my stay(I wanted to stay another week, oh heck no!!).... until I had the communications issues... sadly... the management dismissed me my concerns and said my complaints werent valid. Im in a hotel now that is not on the same level as All That Jazz, but has excellent Cable and fast internet... I will not stay at this place again, very disappointing!!

Room was not clean or updated

I tried to check in but no one can tell me the unit # and there were no owner's contact. I ended up having to pay for another room, now waiting for Expedia to sort it and out and hopefully I get my refund soon.

Place had a very nice view. Mall access and easy to get transportation.

We had a great time at jazz and the room was pleasant and clean. The location was central to all of the entertainment also. Transportation was easy to access, and the malls are within walking distance. The room had all of the amenities of home, kitchen, washing machine, patio, cooking utensils. We will definitely stay again.

This place has it all. Fantastic view of the city from the balcony as the apartment was on the 45 floor. It is also very quiet inside the building. The apartment is very large compared to other apart-hotels I have used in Makati and better furnished. The posturpedic bed is very comfortable. WIFI is very fast plus there is a smart tv with netflix. Everything you need is in the apartment, iron, microwave so no need to ring reception. Staff were great offering a quick private check-in and a private car to drop me off at the airport. Location is great as just a short walk to entertainment and business districts. Extra plus was the downstairs mall which had lots of restaurants, a bank, supermarket, laundry and even a hardware store. Definitely staying again as it offers great value for the price as no 10% service charge added on compared to other apart-hotels.

Väldigt lite lägenhet i ett residens komplex. När vi kom så visste de i receptionen inte att vi skulle komma. Tog tid innan de förstod vem som hyrt ut. Fick lämna ett körkort i receptionen som en typ av säkerhet, när vi skulle checka ut höll vi inte på tillbaka det. AC trasig när vi anlände o repratör var på väg så vi fick lämna våra väskor o gå ut igen. Ingen AC i hissen o åker man 45 våningar så kändes det som luften tog slut. Lägenheten ren o fräsch men inget varmvatten att diska i.
