The hotel is older but still nice. The rooms are spacious. Beach access is right in front, so you can go straight to the beach in the morning, and all the beach rides are free.

Overall, everything was good. The car was washed, and the staff were all friendly. I'd love to stay again next time.

Honest review 10/10. At first I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel because I read some bad reviews, but it turned out to be wrong. This hotel is really clean even though it is an old hotel but it is still good and well maintained because it is located in the Teleng Ria Beach area. It is close to everywhere, highly recommended, just walking to the beach. The receptionists are all friendly, from check-in/check-out process is fast. Got a room directly facing the beach. The room booked 2 rooms + additional 1 person tax (because you can't add an extra bed for a superior room). The room facilities are quite complete, from amenities to hot water, AC, TV, all work. The breakfast is quite varied, delicious. All the staff are friendly. Because we wanted to explore several places in East Java, we only stayed for 1 night. Thank you Parai Beach Resort Hotel and staff for the good service.

For a relaxing getaway with my husband, this hotel is a great place to enjoy the beach, swim in the nearby pool, and hang out at the restaurant. I booked a standard room for Rp 380,000 via the app (much cheaper than booking directly). The room was small, but the bathroom was clean.

The location is very strategic near the beach, with ample parking, and the rooms are very spacious. I booked a deluxe room at a discounted price through the app. The hot water is flowing smoothly, the air conditioning is working fine, the TV can access YouTube, and there's Wi-Fi too. The room is clean, but the furniture and amenities could use some updating. Oh, and there's also an electric kettle for making coffee or tea in the room.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom is also very spacious. An extra bed costs 150,000 Rupiah. Perfect for beach lovers. For those who don't like cats, the cats climbing on the dining table during breakfast can be a bit annoying. Hehe.

The place is clean, I was allowed to check in before 2 o'clock because the room was already ready. The staff is friendly, I woke up and the car was being washed by the staff. Oh, what a great service!

The room was quite nice, but unfortunately, the room we stayed in for two nights, which was different (our room was located near the reception), was different from the photos in the app. The photos in the app are better.
