Good stay for family (up to 9 person) for their 4BRM villa. Affordable price and staff are friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel is a bit hard for a car but manageable. Cleanliness needs improvement, despite them cleaning everyday, it seems like scums are still visible.

The staff are very attentive, there were several power outages during our stay, but quickly fixed by the staff. The place is quiet and relaxing. The building is very well maintained. The only minor issue was not so many options of eateries nearby.

The location is in the housing. It is quite strategic if there is a plan to explore the Jimbaran and Uluwatu areas. Five star service! Friendly and very helpful.

I like the quiet place, but the facilities are still limited so it's a little inconvenient for visitors. 1. There is no telephone in the room to call customer service; 2. Drinking water is outside the room so it is inconvenient for visitors to leave the room.
