The staff are nice and friendly, clean room, nice view. The ambiance and atmosphere are great too.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, very delicious. The short-haired (pregnant) staff member at the breakfast restaurant provided wonderful service 💕

I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel at first, but we ended up staying for 2 nights — and it turned out to be a great experience! The room was comfortable, and the facilities were just right. We also tried the room service — the food was delicious. The hotel is located inside a small alley, so it might be a bit of a walk for those without a car. However, Grab and food delivery services are easily available. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The room was clean but the room we stayed in had to be ate before turning on the air conditioner. Overall, the building, common areas and lobby were clean. The reception staff were very friendly and provided good service.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel still meets the standard, but this time I have a complaint about the bathtub being a bit unclean and the rain shower being almost completely clogged. When I informed the front desk the next morning, they fixed the problem.
