Every time we travel to Mataram, the Grand Madani Hotel is our first choice for accommodation. Its strategic location, right in the heart of Mataram, allows for easy access to our destinations. Despite being in the city center, the rooms are very quiet, allowing us to rest well. We believe the Grand Madani Hotel is a great choice for travelers who prioritize convenience, time efficiency, and easy access.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, there is a swimming pool and it is close to the CFD venue.

For a nice hotel, I booked a room with breakfast, but when I wanted to eat breakfast, my 4-year-old child was asked to pay, saying only two people could have breakfast. It was quite disappointing, considering that other hotels don't count children—it seems too calculating. The breakfast menu is also very simple compared to other 3-star hotels.

The staff are very friendly and prayer equipment and the Koran are provided in the room.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the Islamic Center, but the breakfast menu is just so-so.

The breakfast might need to be changed because I have stayed here many times but the breakfast is always the same, there are changes every day but when I come back another time the food is still the same.

The service was good, quite satisfactory. I plan to use this hotel again in the month of Dzulqa'dah, God willing.
