the room is not tidied before next customer, dirty toilet is the most gross thing i encounter

The cleanliness of the room need to be improved. The sheets had stains on them. The aircond was broken and making a sound.

Comfortable but no shampoo is just soap supplied. The lights on the walls are dazzling.

Great location, you get what you paid for. For mine, our room has balcony. Just few steps away from the Bintang Megamall. There's a coffee shop downstairs next to the hotel that serves affordable drinks and food. It felt like home. Will definitely stay here whenever I visit Miri again. Thanks, Garden Inn! ❤️

The place is strategic,near to shopping mall and lots of food available. The hotel need to clear their air-corn frequently because it is dirty and not cool.
