Clean, spacious room facing the pool

Check-in was excellent; we arrived at 11 AM (normally, check-in is at 2 PM). Lobby: Several times we saw people smoking/vaping in the front lobby, which was annoying for those with small children. Wi-Fi: Very poor. Room: The door wouldn't lock from the outside several times, otherwise it was good. Bathroom: The water heater sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't, otherwise it was good. Hotel area: For people who had just finished swimming or been to the beach (wet conditions), a dedicated lane would be better (not mixed with dry lanes). Parking area: Very limited compared to the number of guests. 7.9/10

The AC is hot, even water comes out, I have complained since morning but no action, until noon the room was like a swimming pool before the officer came, the staff is not very friendly, asking to leave things for a while was not responded to. The room key does not work when locked from the inside but can be opened from the outside.

The location is strategic, but the facilities during my several stays here have started to decrease, there are only 2 towels available in a room with 4, coffee and tea are only for two people, without sugar, spoons.

everything is good. the room, the facilities is great and kid friendly

The only downside is that the parking lot is crowded (holiday season), so that's how long scratches were found on the car body and only realized after arriving home. Having fun playing, going home upset, cleaning the car body is more expensive.

Basically, those who have families here have good access to the east coast and the west coast close by

when I wanted to check out, the car key was gone. After waiting for more than an hour, the car key was still not found. Even though I checked out at 11 so I could go home quickly, there was an unpleasant problem from the hotel. The handling was bad

Wow, the room is really spacious.. comfortable.. there is a refrigerator too.. basically the room facilities and etc are okay.. it's just that you don't get breakfast, even though it's around 800 per night. If you add 120/person.. Next time I go to Pangandaran, I want to stay at Dbilz again..

Overall the facilities are good, but the flexibility for cancellation is bad. If you just booked 3 hours ago, you can't cancel even though you booked 8 days before the D-day.

the room is spacious, the family room and the price is affordable. the swimming pool is clean and spacious, there is also a waterboom. the bathroom is very spacious, the glass is big so it's not cramped. it's just that the amenities are not complete. outside the hotel there are many snacks.

The staff is very friendly, cleanliness is ok, also close to the beach but 2 times changed rooms because the first one was flooded, the second one was leaking AC, the third one that was finally occupied AC was not cold and the water heater was broken. Please improve the room maintenance in the future, make sure everything works, especially during Eid, prices go up but the quality is not commensurate, plus the breakfast is not varied, many are finished due to the overflowing guests even though it's only 7 am

Sorry, I have to be honest and this is the first time I've made a hotel review so that it can be an input for the hotel management, because it's a shame that the location is convenient for going anywhere, but the hotel facilities are not considered.. the room I stayed in had an air conditioner that wasn't cold, because it's a coastal area but the air conditioner was hot, that's really bad.. and it's not wudhu friendly, as for the best room, it's really spacious.. that's what's unfortunate. Hopefully it can be an input.

Poor service, outdated facilities, expensive prices that are not appropriate.

Have stayed here several times, either with family or work groups. It's fun, especially the waterboom, which makes my child feel at home.
