I stayed at this hotel while taking my child to register for classes at Muhammadiyah University Semarang and also visiting the Great Mosque of Central Java. Upon check-in, I received a mattress that didn't match my order. I naturally complained to the receptionist. The receptionist patiently and kindly assisted me and proactively contacted management and the app, resulting in me being compensated with a suitable mattress. Upon entering my room, I found the AC was cool, the mattress was soft, the towels were clean, the room smelled nice, the sheets were clean, the TV worked, the water worked, the toilet was clean, and the next day I received a delicious breakfast delivered to my room. I definitely recommend Hotel Sunrise as a place to stay when in Semarang.

According to the price, overall you can sleep comfortably.

The location is close to the USM campus, making it easier for parents/families of students to attend graduations/other events.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, close to tourist attractions in Batu, jos gandos.

A budget hotel in the city center, near Indomerit, with plenty of food nearby. The only downside is the lack of windows, so it's really only for resting.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The AC was cool. The bed was soft. It was comfortable for resting.

Often stay at this hotel when in Semarang because the location is close to the work area.

For the price of 200, it's worth it. The location is strategic. The room is also clean. The only downside is that there is no mat in front of the bathroom so the floor gets dirty easily after coming back from the bathroom. Otherwise, it's okay. Next time I will check in here again if I stay overnight.

When checking out, there was the sound of ceplok ceplok ceplok and moans, in the room downstairs next to the receptionist. Then there was a man who seemed to be a pimp, waiting in front of the receptionist. What kind of hotel is this? The wifi doesn't work either.

Strategic location in front of USM campus and not far from the city center. Flexible check-in time, I entered at 12 noon. With an economical rate, it is appropriate. Maybe the access can be improved, for the disabled or the elderly to make it easier to get to the upper floors. The lobby area needs to be added with comfortable chairs/sofas as a gathering point.
