It's quite comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They are also very fast to respond on WhatsApp when I confirmed my room and requested a late check-in.

The faucet leaked, the hot water wouldn't come out, the sink faucet was broken, the AC remote was broken, and the TV wouldn't broadcast. I don't want to come back here again.

We arrived at Fave Hotel at 5 a.m. due to a long journey from Pekanbaru. We were planning a vacation with seven friends. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Our suitcases were safely stored in the room, as we left them until check-in time in the afternoon. All our room and bed requests were met, even a connecting room was available. The location is strategic, close to everything. Worth a stay.
