Everything was good, but in room 705 that my husband and I occupied, the side of the mattress near the window was a bit saggy (not soft).

Every time I go to Surabaya by land, I always transit first at the Hotel Khas Semarang because it is close to the toll exit.

Always loved Hotel Khas Semarang. All the staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It's close to everything.

Always stay here because of the strategic location, many coffee shops around, many food stalls at night, near the market too.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, welcome drinks, ample parking, and most importantly, the lobby smells nice. The elevator smells good, too. Everything was great. I'll definitely return if I'm in Semarang again. Check-in and check-out were also quick. Breakfast was okay, with a varied selection.

There is a small addition for the smoking area, which can be combined with a cafe & coffee shop.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, my room's AC leaked. And my 4-year-old started paying extra for breakfast, even though most kids eat very little anyway 🥺

The only drawback is the TV, which isn't a smart TV, so amenities are lacking. The suites also lack smart TVs, and there's no refrigerator. There's a minibar, but it's not cold.

The hotel was nice and clean. The only downside was the room's dim lighting, which wasn't ideal for working. But it was fine, as it was quickly replaced with white lighting.

From check-in, I was greeted by a friendly team and check-in was quick. The hotel's ambiance is very modern, albeit a bit minimalist. The room was clean, from the bed to the sink to the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Oh yes, the hotel's location is very strategic, with many culinary options at night, and it's close to everything. A must-stay at KHAS if you're ever in Semarang. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their signature scent. The room was okay, but unfortunately, I wasn't careful when booking, as there wasn't a minibar. This is crucial for me as a new mom, huhu. Finally, the staff helped me store my breast milk. The service was great, and it was fast.

Great location in the city center, delicious and complete food menu, there are also lots of food options outside the hotel area.

Parking is limited. Rooms are poorly soundproofed. Sounds from outside are audible.
