Due to being in the city of Jayapura.

Slow response, especially reception

The receptionist at check-in was very dirty, the check-out was friendly, the window was dusty, the bathroom was slippery, for 2 people but 1 towel, drinking water was initially given 1 then the complaint was added 1 more, but the towel was not added. Breakfast is also not interesting.

Just like any other hotel.

The place is strategically in the middle of the city, only yesterday the air conditioner in the room was less cold

For improve : more creative to change menu of breakfast every day. Ensure towels and sandals available and enough fir every room

Unfriendly staff, old hotel effect, breakfast only warm tea water. Not recommended.

AC room leaked ..... to be fixed

Only one other plugs are damaged and there is also in the toilet, so it should be the turn of watch and cas HP.

Really need improvement again.

Kuning2 stained towel, white is not clean, wifi only in the lobby downstairs with depressing speed, broken shower hose so the shower using tap, no shower cebok in WC, TV quality pathetic.

Less comfortable room, bathroom problematic

Hotel less clean plus air-conditioning refrigerant not cold at all. can lock the room once cleared was not cleaned as they are staying. It was nice not want to go back to stay at the hotel matoa.

Hotel too old and less varied in food

Its AC hot. Just feel the wind alone .. Hopefully in the future there is the air conditioning repair ..
