Studio that can be occupied by up to 5-6 adults, ready for toto in 3/4 units, queen bed & single bed, cool aircond, just a TV, not much broadcast, sorry because I came to walk, not to look at the TV, then the condition of the room was ok. Since I know him for a long time, I've been staying here since 2019 when I go to KB, all the veils are clean, the car park is basement FOC, I actually stay at KBCP when I go to Kota Bharu because I'm happy moving, park the train in the basement and then walk to the Siti Khadijah market, the Plains Mara night market, the Friday morning market in the KBCP area. There are also places to eat nearby / grab food if you don't need to go out. Overall 8.5/10. Nice

not tasty and smelly, vegetable soup smells like swimming pool water, sour watermelon.

The hotel is very old, smells bad, many room interiors are damaged, walls are cracked, air conditioning doesn't work, lights don't turn on. The front desk told to insert a card but didn't give a card room only a room key, then told us to use any card, but even after inserting a timezone card, it didn't work. The bed seems like it hasn't been cleaned for months, it smells musty and is dirty. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even for budget travelers. I think sleeping in a mosque would be more comfortable.

I want to make a complaint. 1. The room has a lot of cockroaches, on the floor, on the bed, under the bed, under the pillow, under the comforter and under the sheets. 2. Flat and bad pillows. 3. Itchy sheets and comforters. 4. Mineral water, 3 in 1 coffee, tea and sugar are not provided. 5. The bathroom door has no latch or lock. 6. Soap and shampoo are not provided.

Room not well maintained. Air condition not working well. Bathroom door broken cannot lock from outside.

Some bed in the room is too old and need to be changed for unit no S-2-16 as we feel spring during sleep.

Overall ok but hope the cleaner not enter the room if not still 12 PM. Customer not checkout yet but the cleaner open the door at 11.45 earlier from 12.
