the bed was used by others, lots of long hair on the bed, bed was terrible, I had a back pain after slept on that bed, there was no wifi, not worth for money

Uncomfortable room, dirty bed, no mineral water, finding food even difficult.

I have booked room for 4 pax. checked in the room with the aircond not functioning. Request to change room but manage to get room for 3 pax only with price of room for 4. toilet a bit rundown with leaking basin.

Booked via app in early Dec 2018. For a budget hotel & room for 2 with price per night RM86 was expensive. Facilities or the hotel room / conditions; bed spread not so clean (got some dirty spots of stain / blanket got small holes probably came from cigarettes). Will be the last choice if come again to Ipoh. But if the price lower by +- RM30 will be a good choice. Conclusion; Room conditions/facilities not suitable with the price offered.

There is noisy in the midnight, due there is a bistro or pub nearby.

Clean. Free wifi. Manners.
