far from city center, poor Internet, room is not clean, water is not available

The receptionist was so worst with her attitude. We don't have free water on the room also pay for 2 bottles when I ask her why my room didn't have water. It's just 12.000 vnd but why they didn't provide 1 or 2 bottles for us.

customer service is weak, rooms are not clean

Rooms are clean and airy because I book city view. There are elevators, hot water, air conditioning, television, but the old TV cannot do anything. Do not clean the room every day so not very satisfied. Location far from the center, far from the sea.

The hotel is good compared to the price for a single room, 2 guests. Not far from the city center if you know how to move, the only drawback is that it is hard to rent a motorbike.
