The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It also had two bathrooms with views of Pontianak city. However, there was an unpleasant septic tank-like odor emanating from the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly. A small suggestion: the signal inside was a bit weak, so we used Wi-Fi, but it was a bit slow. Hopefully, it will improve in the future. Overall, it's been great.

First room upon check-in: the sheets were dirty, the used sheets hadn't been replaced, and there were semen stains. The phone was dead and couldn't be used. The chair and bag holder were dirty. The promised room view wasn't there, just the roof of another building. There was no soap for washing hands. It wasn't clear which shampoo and body wash were present. (The photo of the bed was taken while I was about to take a nap.)

One elevator was broken. The other one wouldn't work even after pressing the buttons. It took a long time before it worked. I'd informed the receptionist and they just told me to wait and press the buttons. There were no stairs to access the guest rooms.
