Quá tệ. Vô cùng tệ về mọi mặt. Đang đêm gần 11h mưa ướt cả đầu giường trong khi phòng VIP. Phải chuyển phòng trong tình trạng đường đi bị lụt. Nhà vệ sinh bẩn và hôi kinh khủng. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên quá kém!

I stay in a large villa, have a living room and a large kitchen to cook when needed (although there is only a kitchen, no kitchen appliances attached) suitable for a large family vacation. Rooms are okay, but for some reason the hot water tank runs continuously but without hot water, the towel is dry and hard, and the TV's controller is out of battery. Employees are attentive but do not show the professionalism and enthusiasm to welcome guests. The scenery is quite beautiful but needs more care.
