Clean rooms, professional staff, enthusiastic security guards carry luggage for guests. The small minus point is that the ventilation fan in my room is broken

I booked this hotel for a two-days business trip. Great location with helpful service. The staffs even helped me issue a VAT invoice even though I booked via online.
